Costs of Shipping and Handling: Any order under $150 will be charged $9.95 for handling, and any order over $150 will get free shipping.

At SteriodBuzz, we promise that your orders will be sent out and served lightning-fast all over Australia. As long as the address where you want it sent has an Australian postcode, we will get it there as soon as we can.

How do we quickly send it to you? It’s easy. First, we ensure that your package leaves one of our two large stores close to where it needs to go. These are in Sydney or Perth. Once that’s done, we use the fastest delivery method, which could be any of our four freight companies. Every day at 10 am, shipments leave both our Sydney and Perth warehouses and the last one leaves at 5 pm, so there are no waiting delays.

Second, we always use airfreight when we can. It is why more than 85% of our customers get their items within 7 to 10 business days. In short, we ship things the right way. Because you trust us with your supplement business, we know that getting your delivery to you quickly, easily, and precisely as you ordered is the best way to say thanks.

We ship and handle items all over Australia for a flat $9.95 fee, or orders over $150.00 get free shipping. Our customers are encouraged to spend this much to get FREE DELIVERY. 

How to Order and Get Delivered

If you decide to order with SteriodBuzz, the following steps will occur during our business hours, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST/EDST, Monday through Friday.

  1. You will get an email letting you know that your order has been received and is being packed.
  2. When the goods are sent out from our warehouse, you will receive a second email informing you that the delivery was safely sent.
  3. The goods must be packed in SteriodBuzz – branded boxes that are made to keep the goods safe during shipping.
  4. Goods are sent mainly by air freight through one of four shipping companies, which deliver to all parts of Australia. We use many different shipping services because we know that’s the only way to produce things quickly. Because of this, 85% of our customers get their packages the next business day, and about 95% get them within three business days. Depending on the exact place, it may take longer in remote or regional areas.
  1. As a tip, and to get your package delivered as quickly as possible, please include an actual street address when you place your order instead of a PO Box or Parcel Locker. It is because Australia Post has limits on how much freight they can send to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Also, if your order will be sent by Australia Post, there is no way to choose the Express Post service.
  2. Should you want to know where your package is at all times. Just go to your personal member’s area, the “Locker Room” on Mr. Supplement, and check the progress of your delivery there. We keep track of your shipping information, including assignment notes, so checking your package is easy. So please don’t be afraid to use this service; it’s free and there to help you.
  3. For your safety, packages need you to sign the receipt. So, the goods should be sent to a business address where someone is available during work hours to receive and sign for them. If no one is home to receive the package, a card will be left letting the recipient know the package can be picked up at the nearest Australia Post or Courier station.
  4. If you want deliveries left somewhere, you don’t need to sign for them (like at the front door); you should write that in the order notes. When the order is for a small amount, Mr. Supplement is happy to do what you ask. However, if this happens, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen goods. All orders for a lot of money, which Mr. Supplement decides, may still need a signature for security reasons, even if the person leaving the directions has permission.
  5. SteriodBuzz and the couriers and transport companies they use will always do their best to follow the delivery and order directions. Of course, there are times when the order and delivery directions may not apply. If you’re unsure if your order or delivery directions can be carried out, please get in touch with SteriodBuzz, the couriers, or the shipping companies directly.

US: 7 to 10 business days

UK: One day if you place your order before 2 pm

Europe: 3–10 business days

World, Australia and Canada: 5 to 15 working days

Send it back to us within seven days of getting it, still sealed and in its original box, and we’ll either give you a refund or send you a new one.
